For hardware repairs, we would refer you to your phone provider or a repair service. If you utilize your mobile phones as part of your business, we can monitor it just like your computers.
It depends. For business clients on our monthly service that utilize mobile phones in their business, we can install our RMM agent on the device to help protect your network, your data and assist you with any problems. In case of a lost or stolen device, we could locate, remote wipe and/or lock the device to prevent access. This is very important for mobile devices utilized for businesses that are required to be PCI and HIPAA compliant.
Yes, we can. I understand the challenges of running a small business. My parents built a small business and ran it for 30+ years. I also know what it is like to have to wear many hats. Let me take some of your responsibilities and concerns off of your desk. It will let you focus on building your client base and increasing your revenue.

On a case by case basis, we are happy to. Conversely, we focus primarily on prevention of problems and highly recommend our RMM service. Downtime is extremely costly for a business.
Generally, we charge $50/hour for on-site work, and $25/hour for remote work. We will do a comprehensive network assessment for $100, but ask us because we often have discounted assessments.
Currently, we have customers in Hillsborough, Polk and Pinellas Counties. We are happy to take your call. Many issues you have with your network can be resolved remotely. We’ll help you assess whether it’d be better to contact a different provider based upon your needs and potential down-time.
Think of your vehicle. After you purchase your vehicle, do you drive it until it breaks down? Likely, you adhere to a maintenance schedule with oil changes, balancing of tires, and alignment checks, right? It makes the vehicle last longer and run smoother. Your computers and the network that they are attached to need similar attention. When you follow the routine maintenance schedule with your computers and network, they last longer and run smoother. Managed service providers are like mechanics for your network that focus on routine maintenance, prevention and problem resolution. Break/fix technicians often focus only on immediate resolution of the problem.
